Its Good 2 Talk
Society's expectations and traditional gender roles play a role in why men are less likely to discuss or seek help for their mental health problems. It is the key aim of Tuff 2 Talk CIC to break that stigma using tangible individuals to highlight that its "good to talk" and so called "tuff guys" can and do talk about their emotions.

“I initially connected with Matt after engaging with his Tuff2Talk social media accounts and being inspired by his story and message, so I was delighted when he agreed to come in and talk to our Professional Policing and Health and Social Care students. The way Matt speaks from the heart and is so passionate about his “It’s Tuff2Talk, but it’s good to talk” message meant that the students were instantly captivated by his story and gained an important insight into male suicide.”
